collected in the prior month.

Program Terms
- Commission is paid on collected revenue only (not invoiced)
- Commission continues as long as the client remains active and paying.
- No commission is paid on project or non-recurring services (unless otherwise negotiated).
- Close & Earn: Once a client signs a Managed Services Agreement and begins billing, you start earning 10% of their monthly fees
- Partners must maintain compliance with our code of conduct and referral agreement
